Scotland's biggest and best Halloween Party is back for 2015

1st October 2015

Scotland’s biggest and best family Halloween party is back on Friday 30th of October at Glasgow Science Centre. From wicked workshops and awesome autopsies to gruesome games and creepy critters - party goers are in for a spooktacular evening!

Roll up, roll up for the theatre of horrors and prepare to be scared in the hideous, and hilarious, Monster Science Show! There are hair-raising tales in the depths of the planetarium and live autopsies where you can get hands on if you can stomach it! Eye of newt, spawn of frog – what will you mix in your witches’ brew in the potions class?

Venture into the Tower base and take on the undead in the Zombie Apocalypse, get up close and personal with some creepy critters and discover the science behind the zombie brain in Brain of the Dead show.
Little angels and demons will be able to have some hands on Halloween fun including creating their own friendly Halloween bat, getting hands on in the Goo Zone and making their own dangly monster.
Dress to impress as there are great prizes to be won with our fancy dress competitions. Polish your vampire fangs, dust off your cobweb coat and strut your stuff down our Costume Catwalk! Plus every child will receive their very own goody bag to take home!

Stephen Breslin, chief Executive at Glasgow Science Centre said:
“I am really looking forward to the Halloween party. Last year almost two thousand guisers from all over the country came on the night and it always has a great fun family filled atmosphere.  All our staff look forward to thinking of new fun and frightening things for our guests to see and do. The Halloween Fright Nights sells out every year so if you are planning to come along, please get your tickets soon.”

There are lots of activities for all the family at the party, from little devils to big monsters, so make this Halloween a memorable one, safe in the knowledge that your kids will be indoors, warm, dry and in the company of hundreds of other guisers.

The Halloween Fright Night is on Friday 30th of October from 6pm until 930pm. Tickets cost £6 per skull (man, woman or child) and can be purchased online at
