Embark on an expedition through the world of science and medicine at the Science Safari!
Our hands-on activities are perfect for curious minds of all ages to explore the amazing science of medicine and the human body. Learn about how painkillers stop you hurting, the secret superpower of cabbage, and more!
Whether you're a budding scientist or simply curious about the world around you, there's something for everyone.
All visitors will receive a free colouring book and crayons (whilst stocks last), and have an opportunity to enter our online drawing competition, and be in with a chance of winning a giant fluffy microbe of Penicillin!

Penny Drops Challenge
Take on the ultimate test of precision and scientific wonder...how many drops of water can you pipette onto a penny? Learn how water molecules interact with each other to create an invisible connective force - surface tension. Are you up to the challenge?

Enter the world of the Science Explorer as you put on a lab coat and get to try your hand at using classic laboratory equipment!
Cancer medicines: From the Laboratory to the Patient
Immerse yourself in a world of interactive games and activities designed to deepen your understanding of the medicines we use to treat cancer. Solve our receptor-enzyme puzzle to unlock the secrets of targeted therapies and see how DNA mutations can snowball with our giant jenga.
