Filming and Photography

How to make a request

We are delighted you are considering using us as a venue for your media call, filming or photography. Please remember the building and the surrounding grounds are private property and a business, and that we have to ensure that any filming and photography conforms to standards regarding safety, privacy and the protection of minors.

First, please review the set of documents below. You will get a greater understanding of our approach and we hope that many of your basic questions will be answered. We would ask that any filming and photography requests be submitted 72 hours ahead of the proposed shoot to allow us to get health and safety sign-off.

Once you've had a look at these documents, please contact the press office to establish timings, availability and any other details.

Filming that has not been agreed with us first will always be investigated by our management team, and we reserve the right to terminate or reschedule it. So please don't take the risk, instead please review the information supplied in the documents available for download on this page.
