It's the highly requested soap and pepper demonstration with a look at the surface tension of water and some of water's unusual properties.
If you want to try at home, you'll need permission and supervision of an adult, a flat surface, a shallow bowl, some water, some soap or washing up liquid, some pepper, a towel, and some cooking oil.
