Climate Voices: Jane Morrison

Next in our Climate Voices series its Jane Morrison.

Jane is a biologist who grew up in the highlands of Scotland where she fell in love with nature. She currently works in environmental protection and is a Trustee at WEAll Scotland.

In previous roles in the environment sector she worked in conservation, climate change, ecological research, youth empowerment and creating behaviour change. She was one of the cofounders of 2050 Climate Group and is on the advisory panel of the Young Women's Movement, she also took part in the first young women lead programme forming the first parliamentary committee made up of women under 30.

She has contributed to designing environmental justice policy with the UN Human Rights Youth Council in Geneva. In 2018 she was recognised with the 30 under 30 inspiring women in Scotland award from the Young Women’s Movement and the Suffragette Spirit award from Amnesty International. She is passionate about protecting nature and helping create a more equal society.
