- You should recieve your booking confirmation and e-tickets within 15 minutes.
- If you don't recieve them within 12 hours, please check your spam.
- If you still dont have them or need to talk to us about your booking please email [email protected] or call us on 0141 420 5000 (0930 - 1215 &1300 - 1700 7 days)
- There are limited trailers so the start time of the film will be close to that above. We recommend that you are in your allocated seat at the advertised start time to avoid missing any of the film.
- If you have prepaid for parking, please take a ticket on arrival at the car park barrier and bring into the cinema to be validated. If you need to pay for parking this can be done at our coffee shop or concessions area.
- If you are attending a 3D film, glasses are provided free of charge and must be returned at the end of the performance.
