It's important to us that we create an environment where people feel they belong at Glasgow Science Centre. We recognise that embedding diversity and inclusion to our workplace culture is key to our success and will enable us to better serve the needs of our diverse audiences.

We have an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Working group with members of staff across the organisation involved in supporting our diversity and inclusion plans and activity. We also have an online staff forum called Belong which all staff and volunteers are encouraged to engage with.
